Applicant understands that to be eligible for Membership in the Stairway Manufacturers' Association they must be a person or company involved in the manufacturing, distribution, installation or service to the stair industry.Applicant further certifies that if elected to Membership in the Association, it agrees to be bound by such provisions of the bylaws of the Association.Termination. All memberships shall be for a minimum period of one (1) year and shall continue thereafter subject to the right to withdraw by giving thirty (30) days written notice. Withdrawal shall be effective upon fulfillment of all obligations to the date of withdrawal, including any applicable assessments.Applicant further agrees that if elected to such membership it will annually pay all dues, fees and assessments when they are due.
